CNC machining and high-precision industrial component manufacturing are carried out for the automotive, agricultural machinery and heavy equipment sectors. Production processes are managed in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standards, ensuring high-precision, durable and long-life industrial components.

At every stage of production, high-quality and application-appropriate raw materials are selected for CNC machining processes, and a material-optimized manufacturing approach is applied. Based on technical drawings and sample-based production, high-precision CNC turning and CNC vertical machining operations are performed with micron-level tolerances.

Heat treatment processes (heat treatment operations) are applied according to the application requirements of each component to achieve the required hardness and mechanical strength. For high-precision components such as gear systems, shafts and cylindrical parts, gear grinding and cylindrical grinding operations are used to ensure superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality.

All manufactured parts undergo strict quality control inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, surface quality and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Products are packaged according to European industrial packaging standards and prepared for shipment, ensuring safe logistics for both domestic and international markets.
